This site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by Type Mafia from its offices in the Netherlands. By accessing this site, you and Type Mafia agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the Netherlands, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. Type Mafia makes no representation that materials or services available on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. The Payment Process

Type Mafia accepts several forms of payment: credit cards, iDEAL and direct bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Euros. All iDEAL, Visa and Mastercard sales are securely processed by Mollie. Bank transfers are handled externally.

Downloaded Products

Once your order is completed and the payment has been received, an e-mail confirmation which includes a download link will be sent. Fonts after downloading are not returnable or refundable. Fonts may be returned or exchanged only if they are defective and we are notified within 7 days of the order. Please refer to the Type Mafia Return Policy.

Delivery of Goods

Once your order is completed and the payment has been received, we’ll pack the item(s) and drop it at the postal office as soon as we can. Then it takes 1-2 business days to get to an address within the Netherlands, 1-2 weeks to get delivered around Europe and/or 1-3 weeks to get elsewhere worldwide. Your Right to Cancel

You have a right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of the sale, providing the purchased fonts have not been downloaded. Once the fonts have been downloaded the product cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

How to Cancel Your Order

Simply send us an e-mail with your order information explaining that you would like to cancel the order. Providing the fonts have not yet been downloaded, we are able to quickly issue you a refund for the purchase price.

Warranty

Type Mafia warrants the fonts will perform as advertised for the thirty (30) day period following the purchase. Questions regarding installation and use of the Fonts are welcomed and responded to for the duration of this Agreement and the EULA.

Warranty claims made within thirty (30) days of purchasing will be addressed with the highest priority. Every effort will be made by Type Mafia to assist in correcting any problems, bugs, or unexpected behaviors of the fonts. If the fonts do not perform correctly, Type Mafia will replace the original font file(s). If the issue is deemed not repairable by Type Mafia, then a refund for the license fee paid will be refunded.

Return Policy

Fonts

Fonts after downloading are not returnable or refundable. Fonts may be returned or exchanged only if they are defective and we are notified within 7 days of the order.

Goods

New, unopened and unused physical items may be returned up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. In such cases we will issue a credit note or refund the purchase price to your credit card account, but we cannot reimburse shipping costs. Please inform us before returning goods. Items that are either opened or returned more than thirty (30) days after date of purchase may not be returned.
